5-week sprint training study with a sprinter using Exogen Shorts
What was the training?
One elite male sprinter, with 100m time of 10.90s undertook a five-week intervention with Exogen wearable resistance, loading 2% body mass to the thighs. The athlete completed two to three sprint sessions per week.

WHAT WAS THE TEST?
5 male recreational runners (30-45 years) performed a testing session on a treadmill at the physiology laboratory of the National Sports Institute of Malaysia.
Resistance of 1.4% body weight was added to the participants via Exogen shorts and Exogen calf sleeves.
Increases in VO2 and calorie burn are evident.

WHAT WAS THE TEST?
20 Endurance trained runners performed 4 testing sessions on a treadmill in the laboratory with different body weight loads, using Exogen calf sleeves.
At just 2.5% additional body mass we see large increases in VO2 Max and heart rate.

WHAT WAS THE TEST?
9 recreational trained males performed two reps of the power clean at 50% and 70% of their 1-rep max, both normally, and then with partial load redistributed (5%, 12% body mass) from the bar to the posterior body via Exogen wearable resistance. The total weight remained the same.

WHAT WAS THE TEST?
10 highly-skilled female golfers performed two trials of 10 shots with a 3-iron club. The first series were unloaded, the second, loaded with a total of 3% body mass via Exogen Top and Exogen Shorts.
